Powers and Duties. The powers and duties of the several officers shall be as provided from time to timeby resolution or other directive of the Board of Directors. In the absence of such provisions, the respective officers shall have the powers and shall discharge the duties associated with such offices. The secretary shall prepare and file minutes of all meetings of the board, and shall authenticate the records of Radiate Art Space upon request.
