Revenue Hours. The term “Revenue Hours” means the time when a vehicle is operating from the first passenger pick-up point until the vehicle arrives at the last passenger drop-off point whether or not the passengers are available to be served. The definition of Revenue Hours excludes Deadhead Hours and time when the vehicles are engaged in refueling, vehicle maintenance testing or operator training (when not also performing revenue service) or for scheduled operator time off (e.g., lunch, rest breaks and out of service).
