Retroactive Salary Increase. Retirees whose employment with the District concludes after the expiration of this contract, or wage reopener, but before ratification of the new agreement, shall be entitled to any improvements to this contract which are agreed to after its expiration. This provision shall apply only to retirees who meet the requirements of Article 11.2.
