Retirement of Employees. Section 1. All employees shall be subject to provisions of Section 120.670 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, under the heading of Retirement System (Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System) and any amendments thereto. Effective January 1, 2014, the City's benefit program shall be the LAGERS L-6 program and shall be non-contributory.
