Responsibilities of Project Managers. The Project Managers shall be the day-to-day representatives for the administration of this Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly provided, all communications relative to this Agreement shall be given to the Project Managers. Either party shall have the right to change its Project Manager upon written notice to the other party. The Project Managers shall agree on the work to be performed for all phases of this project prior to implementation of the project. The work to be performed may be updated as needed to account for new and revised work that may be conducted during the life of this Agreement. Revisions in the scope of work must be in writing and mutually agreed to by the Parties and the cost of the resulting modified scope of work shall not exceed the amount stated in Paragraph 3 of the Standard Agreement.
