Requirements and Approvals. .1 The Principal must: .1 ensure that the Approvals listed in Contract Information item 16 are obtained and paid for; .2 where any of the Required Approval Modifications are required to perform the work in connection with the Contract, then provided that the Contractor complies with its obligations under clause 19.2, ensure that any such Required Approval Modification is obtained and paid for; and .3 comply with and discharge the conditions of Approvals listed in Contract Information item 17.
