Required Records and Reports. Licensee shall (a) prepare and maintain at its ---------------------------- expense complete and accurate records documenting any sublicensing activity and/or use of the Licensed Products needed to determine (i) all amounts owed to TANA or TANA's designees as applicable, and (ii) compliance with thx Xxreements; (b) retain such records for a minimum of three (3) years from the date on which Licensee is obligated to make such payments or as necessary to show compliance with the Agreements; and (c) provide, within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter, a written report of any sublicensing activity or use of the Licensed Products containing sufficient information to enable TANA to confirm all amounts owed to TANA or TANA's designee.

Required Records and Reports. Producer shall maintain adequate records showing each program produced and delivered by it hereunder, the name of the client for whom it was made, the names of Performers employed therein, the amount of wages paid, the date of the Performer’s service, if it was a Spanish language program, the date of delivery and the number of programs for which payment is required.
Required Records and Reports as follows: All payments of compensation for the services of Performers hereunder and for the use of commercials shall be made by check to the Performer entitled thereto, and sent to the Union AFTRA office as provided in Section 3. A check voucher or statement shall accompany each check and shall contain complete information identifying commercials, Ad-ID®, advertiser, dates numbers of sessions. Producer shall maintain adequate records showing each commercial produced and delivered by it hereunder, the name of the advertiser for whom it was made, the Ad-ID® for that commercial, the names of the Performers employed therein, the amount of the session fee, the date of completion of the Performers’ services, and the number of commercials for which payment is required. In addition, with respect to an inquiry regarding proper payment for use of a specific commercial, Producer shall, upon request, provide the Union AFTRA information or documents in its possession relevant to the use of the commercial (e.g., network, wild spot, regional and local program, internet). Any dispute with respect to the provision of such information shall be referred to the IUSC.

  • Records and Reports The contractor shall keep such records as necessary to document compliance with the EEO requirements. Such records shall be retained for a period of three years following the date of the final payment to the contractor for all contract work and shall be available at reasonable times and places for inspection by authorized representatives of the contracting agency and the FHWA.

  • Inspection of Records and Reports Every Trustee shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect all books, records, and documents of every kind and the physical properties of the Trust.   • Accounting Records and Reports The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept proper books of record and accounts in which complete and correct entries shall be made of all transactions relating to the receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of the Revenues, and such books shall be available for inspection by the Authority at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions. The Trustee shall provide to the Authority monthly statements covering the funds and accounts held pursuant to the Trust Agreement.   • Shared-Loss Asset Records and Reports The Assuming Institution shall establish and maintain such records as may be appropriate to account for the Single Family Shared-Loss Loans in such form and detail as the Receiver may reasonably require, and to enable the Assuming Institution to prepare and deliver to the Receiver such reports as the Receiver may from time to time request regarding the Single Family Shared-Loss Loans and the Monthly Certificates required by Section 2.1 of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
