Required Reports. Collectively, the Monthly Report, the Servicer’s Certificate required pursuant to Section 6.10(c), the financial statements of the Servicer required pursuant to Section 6.10(d), the annual statements as to compliance required pursuant to Section 6.11, and the annual independent public accountant’s report required pursuant to Section 6.12.

More Definitions of Required Reports

Required Reports. We will furnish a report to the Owner as often as required by law, but at least once each Certificate Year before the Income Date. The report will show the number of Accumulation Units credited to each Variable Sub-Account in which the Owner is invested and the corresponding Accumulation Unit value as of the date of the report. It will also show the Owner's Fixed Account Value. Mortality and Expenses - Our actual mortality and expense experience will not affect the amount of any income payments or any other values under a Certificate.
