Content of the dispute request: The party requesting a dispute resolution shall submit a statement that: Identifies the issue(s) in dispute Identifies the relative positions of the parties Requests resolution through the current ESA process Action on the request: ESA shall notify the non-requesting party that the request has been made, notify both parties of the dispute resolution process to be followed, and manage the process to its conclusion. The Contractor shall provide pertinent information as requested by the person assigned to resolve the dispute. Contractor and DSHS agree that, the existence of a dispute notwithstanding, they will continue without delay to carry out all their respective responsibilities under this Contract that are not affected by the dispute.

The parties agree that if non-binding mediation is chosen as a resolution process, the parties must agree to the chosen mediator(s) and that all mediation venue shall be at a location in Xxx Xxxxx County, Texas or agreed by the parties. The parties agree to share equally the cost of the mediation process and venue cost.

  • Alternate Dispute Resolution In the event of any issue of controversy under this Agreement, the PARTIES may pursue Alternate Dispute Resolution procedures to voluntarily resolve those issues. These procedures may include, but are not limited to, conciliation, facilitation, mediation, and fact finding.

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) The City and the Union encourage the use of the City’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program or other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes to resolve non-contractual workplace conflicts/disputes. Participation in the program or in an ADR process is entirely voluntary and confidential.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure 21.1 All disputes or grievances arising between the Parties shall as far as practical be resolved at the workplace level through consultation. Accordingly the following procedure must be followed:
