Request For Use Of Personal Leave Day. Employees shall make a request to their immediate supervisor for taking a personal leave day at least two (2) working days in advance of the requested personal leave day. The personal leave day must be taken as an entire block of time. Notation of use of the personal leave day must be on the employee’s time card.
