Represents Entire Agreement. The parties agree that this agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties as to the wages, hours, and all other terms and conditions of employment covered by this agreement and supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements or understanding between the Board and the Association. Therefore, except as may be expressly provided in the reopener of negotiations clause, Section 3.3, and contrary to law provision of the agreement, Section 3.4.1, the Board shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with the Association during the term of this agreement on any matter which is addressed by this agreement. Furthermore, the parties agree that, unless otherwise provided herein, this agreement will be the sole and exclusive recourse available to members and the parties hereto; and, where provisions of this agreement conflict with otherwise applicable provisions of Ohio Law, this agreement shall prevail pursuant to the provision of the Ohio Revised Code, Section 4117.10(A).
