E ntire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties regarding the subject matter addressed herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, pertaining to said subject matter.
E ntire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the matters referred to herein and supersedes all prior agreements (written or oral), drafts, negotiations and communications with respect to those matters. This Agreement may not be modified, changed, supplemented or terminated, nor may any party waive any of the rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, except by a written instrument signed by each of the parties.
E ntire Agreement. This Agreement represents our entire understanding with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any previous communication or agreements that may exist. Modifications to the Agreement will be made only through a written amendment signed by both parties.
E ntire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Promissory Note, and the Pledge Agreement, constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the general subject matter hereof; supersede all prior negotiations and agreements with respect thereto; may not be contradicted by evidence of any alleged oral agreement; and may not be amended, modified, or rescinded in any manner except by a written agreement signed by Lender which clearly and unequivocally expresses an intent to amend, modify, or rescind the same.
E ntire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the Grant.
