Common use of Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees Clause in Contracts

Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right, at any time, to be assisted by a Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or the President or Vice-President of the Local as designated by the Local.

Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. Such Representative shall have access on the President or Vice-President of the Local Employer's premises as designated by the LocalChief of Police. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of consultants, legal or otherwise, when dealing with the Employer.

Such Representative may have access to the Employer's property with the Employer’s advance agreement, in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance or Vice-President other Union issues, and may do so in the company of a Representative of the Local as designated by the LocalEmployer.

Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right, right at any time, time to be assisted by have the assistance of a Representative representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the President or Vice-President Employer. Such Representative(s) shall have access to the Employer's premises at a mutually convenient time with prior arrangement with the Employer in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of the Local as designated by the Locala grievance.

The Union shall have the right, right at any time, time to be assisted by a Representative have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or when dealing or negotiating with the President Division. The Division may at any time have the assistance of representatives of its Association or Vice-President of the Local as designated by the Localadvisors.

The Union shall have the right, right at any time, time to be assisted by have the assistance of a Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or when dealing or negotiating with the President Employer. Such Representative may have access to the Employer's property with the Employer’s advance agreement, in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance or Vice-President other union issues, and may do so in the company of a Representative of the Local as designated by the LocalEmployer.
