Representation Leave. Four (4) days of representation leave may be approved by the superintendent for the Association President, or that person’s designee on the professional staff, to attend the “long” sessions of the Indiana General Assembly. Two (2) days of professional leave may be granted by the superintendent for attendance at the “short” sessions of the General Assembly.

Representation Leave. Release time shall be granted to the local Association President to represent a teacher, at the teacher's request, who is called before the Superintendent and/or the Board of Education during the normal school day.
