Reports to Advisor. The Sub-Advisor must submit a daily written report to the Advisor promptly following the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange detailing the actions taken by the Sub-Advisor under this Agreement during that day. The report must contain the information in the form that the Advisor has or will from time to time specify. In addition, the Sub-Advisor must provide other reports on the performance of the Investment Assets at such times, for such periods and in such form as the Advisor or the Fund’s Board of Directors reasonably request.
Reports to Advisor. The Trust shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Advisor such copies of the Fund's Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, financial statements, proxy statements, reports and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Advisor may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require or request in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement, including without limitation any amendments, updates, and supplements to such documents or information before or at the time such amendments, updates or supplements become effective.

Copies of such statement shall be provided by the Master Servicer, upon request, to the Depositor, Attention: Contract Finance, any NIMS Insurer and any Certificateholders (or by the Trustee at the Master Servicer’s expense if the Master Servicer shall fail to provide such copies to the Certificateholders (unless (i) the Master Servicer shall have failed to provide the Trustee with such statement or (ii) the Trustee shall be unaware of the Master Servicer’s failure to provide such statement)).

  • Reports to Trustee (a) The Company will deliver to the Trustee within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year a certificate from the principal executive, financial or accounting officer of the Company stating that the officer has conducted or supervised a review of the activities of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries and their performance under the Indenture and that, based upon such review, the Company has fulfilled its obligations hereunder or, if there has been a Default, specifying the Default and its nature and status.
