If an employee fails to complete the corrective action in a manner satisfactory to all members of the ERC, then his/her report will be excluded from ASAP. In these cases, the ASAP event will be referred to an appropriate office within the FAA for any additional investigation and reexamination and/or enforcement action, as appropriate.
