General Qualifications. General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein. The Commission may prescribe alternative or additional qualifications for individual classes and such qualifications also shall be deemed to be a part of the specifications for such classes.
General Qualifications. Section A. The District agrees that neither it nor any of its representatives shall discriminate against any employee by reason of race, creed, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, political activities, or membership or participation in the activities of the Association or any other Union. Section B. The District will not aid, promote, or finance any group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining, or make any agreements with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Association.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and any other provisions of this Agreement, unless any such requested information is Confidential Information as defined below, Manager will comply with Owner's Additional Information Requirements and will supply the information requested; PROVIDED, however, that Owner will reimburse Manager for the reasonable direct additional costs that Manager demonstrates Manager or any Affiliate incurred in complying with such request, if it is not common practice for managers of regional malls of a kind similar to the Property to provide the information requested pursuant to the Owner's Additional Information Requirements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in no event shall Manager be obligated to provide to Owner any information, document or report which (i) is prepared for the purposes of, or any minutes of proceedings of, the board of directors of Manager or any Affiliate of Manager, (ii) directly and primarily relates to commercially confidential information concerning other shopping centers managed by any Affiliates of Manager, or (iii) is prepared for the direct and primary purposes of, or constitutes a report to the Westfield Finance and Management Committee or other corporate management...
General Qualifications. The following qualifications and requirements shall apply to promotion to all ranks and classifications:

General Qualifications. To be eligi- ble to enter into an Interim CCF Agreement an applicant must: (1) Be a citizen of the United States (citizenship requirements are those for documenting vessels in the coastwise trade within the meaning of section 2 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended); (2) Own or lease one or more eligible vessels (as defined in section 607(k)(1) of the Act) operating in the foreign or domestic commerce of the United States. Any vessel which will carry fish- ing parties for hire must be inspected and certified (under 46 CFR part 176) by the U.S. Coast Guard as qualified to carry more than six passengers or dem- onstrate to the Secretary’s satisfaction that the carrying of fishing parties for hire will constitute its primary activ- ity. The program must be a firm rep- resentation of the applicant’s actual intentions. Vague or contingent objec- tives will not be acceptable.
