Reporting Sick Leave. It is the responsibility of the faculty member to ensure proper reporting of the use of sick leave for record keeping purposes. Any occurrence that necessitates a leave of absence as specified in Section 11.01 shall be reported by the faculty member to the Human Resource Office each month.
