Common use of Reporting Place Clause in Contracts

Reporting Place. ‌ Sheriff’s Office employees and Juvenile Group Workers shall report to their scheduled duty post at their designated starting time. No overtime pay shall be earned for de minimus activities as defined in Article6.2 performed after the designated quitting time. Any hold-over overtime must be pre-approved by the shift supervisor, unless it is an emergency situation.
