Enabler Sample Clauses

An Enabler clause is designed to grant permission or authority for a party to take certain actions or exercise specific rights under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of what is permitted, such as allowing a party to use intellectual property, access confidential information, or perform services that would otherwise be restricted. By clearly defining what actions are enabled, the clause helps prevent disputes over authorization and ensures that both parties understand the boundaries of permitted conduct.
