Reporting Back for Duty. (a) Drivers who have been absent from duty for an indefinite time due to illness, injury, jury duty, or similar circumstances, must advise of their re-availability for duty prior to 1200 hours in order to be eligible to assume their own normal run or duties for the following day.

Reporting Back for Duty. 47.1 When reporting back for duty, employees will advise the OIC/Roster Clerk of their availability prior to 1100 hours on Saturday, Sunday or Monday and 1400 hours on other days.

  • Availability for Duty Where an employee is on availability duty (as defined by Clause 22.11 of the Award), he/she shall be paid an, ‘Availability for Duty Allowance’ of a minimum of $100.00 per week increasing to $105.00 per week on 1 July 2006, $110.00 per week on 1 July 2008 and $115.00 per week on 1 July 2010. Companies who have superior arrangements will maintain those superior arrangements.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
