Mail Service Interruption. If by reason of strike, lockout or other ------------------------- work stoppage, actual or threatened, of postal employees, any notice to be given to the Agent or to the Sellers would be unreasonably delayed in reaching its destination, such notice shall be valid and effective only if delivered to an officer of the party to which it is addressed or if sent to such party, at the appropriate address in accordance with Sections 10.1 or 10.3, as the case may be, by cable, telegram, telecopier, telex or other means of prepaid transmitted or recorded communication.
