Replacement of Employee's Hand Tools. ‌ The Employer will replace the employees' in classifications listed in Appendix 2 or 3 hand tools and tool boxes required for the job, which may be lost or broken while used on the job, upon reasonable proof of such loss or breakage, and proof that there has been no negligence on the part of the employee. Replacements will be of equal quality.
