Remittance of Unexpended Funds. The Grantee shall remit to the State any unexpended funds that were disbursed to the Grantee under this Grant Agreement and were not used to pay Eligible Project Costs within a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the final disbursement from the State to the Grantee of funds or, within thirty (30) calendar days of the expiration of the Grant Agreement, whichever comes first.

SUBGRANTEE shall remit to AGENCY any unexpended funds that were disbursed to SUBGRANTEE under this AGREEMENT and were not used to pay PROJECT COSTS within a period of forty-five (45) calendar days from the final disbursement from the AGENCY of funds or, within thirty (30) calendar days of the expiration of this AGREEMENT, whichever comes first.
Remittance of Unexpended Funds. Project Sponsor, within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the final disbursement from BACWA to Project Sponsor of the State Grant Amount, shall remit to BACWA any unexpended funds that were disbursed to Project Sponsor under this Implementation Agreement and were not needed to pay Eligible Costs for Project.
Remittance of Unexpended Funds. LPP, within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the final disbursement from Water Authority to LPP of grant funds, shall remit to Water Authority any unexpended funds that were disbursed to LPP under this Grant Agreement and were not needed to pay Eligible Project Costs.

COUNTY, within a period of forty-five (45) calendar days from the final disbursement from FCWCD to COUNTY of Grant funds, shall remit to FCWCD any unexpended funds that were disbursed to COUNTY under this Funding Agreement and were not needed to pay Eligible Project Costs.
