Remaining PTOs. In the event that one or more, but less than all, PTOs withdraw from this Agreement in accordance with Section 10.01(a) or (b), this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect with respect to all other PTOs; provided that in the event of a withdrawal under Section 10.01(a), the remaining PTOs shall have a period of twenty days from the date of the notice provided in accordance with Section 10.01(a) to notify the other Parties that it intends to withdraw from this Agreement at the end of the Initial Term or any Additional Term, as applicable. The “Termination Date” shall mean the date of termination established in accordance with Section 10.01(e).

  • DATE OF COMPLETION The Developer must ensure that the Developer’s Works reach Completion on or before the date or milestone referred to in clause 1 of Schedule 3 of this document.

  • HSR Waiting Period If applicable, the waiting period under the HSR Act applicable to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have expired or been terminated without any adverse condition attached thereto.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. The parental leave of an employee who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the care and control of the parent for the first time.

  • Final Completion Date Final Completion for the Work as defined in Article 6.1.3 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by September 30, 2022.

  • Transition Review Period In accordance with Article 35, Layoff and Recall, the Employer may require an employee to complete a transition review period.

  • Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.
