Term Termination Date. The Term of this Lease shall be for three (3) years commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring on the calendar day preceding the third (3rd) anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that if the Commencement Date shall occur on a date other than the first day of a calendar month, the Termination Date shall be the last day of the calendar month in which the third (3rd) anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.
Term Termination Date. The Term of this Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall commence upon execution by both parties and shall terminate at midnight on June 1, 2036 (the Termination Date).

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Warrantholder shall have the right to exercise the Warrants as set forth herein, at any time during the period commencing at 9:00 a.m., Los Angeles, California time on April ____, 1998 and ending at 5:00 p.m. Los Angeles, California time, on April ____, 2004 (the "Termination Date"), to purchase from the Company up to the number of fully-paid and nonassessable Warrant Shares to which the Warrantholder may at the time be entitled to purchase pursuant to this Agreement, upon surrender to the Company, at its principal office, or at the office of the Company's transfer agent, of the certificate evidencing the Warrants to be exercised, together with a copy of the purchase form attached hereto (the "Purchase Form") duly completed and signed, with signatures guaranteed, and upon payment to the Company of the Warrant Price (as defined in and determined in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3 and Sections 7 and 8 hereof), for the number of Warrant Shares in respect of which such Warrants are then exercised, but in no event for less than one hundred (100) Warrant Shares (unless fewer than an aggregate of one hundred (100) Warrant Shares are then purchasable under all outstanding Warrants held by the Warrantholder).
Term Termination Date. The services to be performed by the Contractor in the course of their appointment hereunder as set out in the Schedule to this Agreement (“Schedule of Works”) The effective date of this agreement from the Commencement date to the Termination date. The date of expiry of the Term, which is insert date or earlier termination in accordance with clause 9. This is subject to satisfactory evaluation at the end of each year.

Term Termination Date. The term of the Lease shall be seven (7) years, ending 84 calendar months after the Commencement Date, provided that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, the term shall end 84 calendar months after the first day of the calendar month immediately succeeding the calendar month in which the Commencement Date occurs, unless extended as herein provided. 16. Reasonable Consent or Approval:.................Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, wherever the consent or approval of either Landlord or Tenant is required by the provisions of this Lease, such party shall not unreasonably withhold or delay such consent or approval.
