Survival of Provisions After Termination. (1) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, the provisions of Sections 3.1(8), 3.2(3), 4.1(6)(b), 5.1(3), 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 8.1, 8.2, 10.1(2) and 11.2(4), and the definitions and Schedules applicable thereto shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. The definitions and Schedules shall survive only for the limited purpose of the interpretation of Sections 3.1(8), 3.2(3), 4.1(6)(b), 5.1(3), 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 8.1, 8.2, 10.1(2) and 11.2(4), within the meaning of this Settlement Agreement, but for no other purposes. All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.
Survival of Provisions After Termination. (1) If this Settlement Agreement is terminated or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, the provisions of sections 3.4, 3.9(6), 8.1, 8.2, 9.2, 10, 11.2(4), 12(1), 12(4) and 13 shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. The definitions and Schedules shall survive only for the limited purpose of the interpretation of these surviving sections within the meaning of this Settlement Agreement, but for no other purposes. All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.
Survival of Provisions After Termination. If this Settlement Agreement is terminated for any reason, the provisions of sections 4.5, 4.7, 5.1, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 12.2, 13.3, 13.4, 15, 16.3, 17.2(9), 19 and the recitals, definitions and Schedules applicable thereto shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect.

If this Settlement Agreement is not approved by the Québec Court, is terminated in accordance with its terms, or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, the provisions of this Section and Sections 8.2, 11 (i) and (ii), and the Recitals and Definitions applicable thereto shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect.

(1) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, Sections 3.1(7), 3.2(5), 5.2 (in so far as it relates to the investment, distribution or administration of monies in the Trust Account, including Administration Expenses, or administration of the distribution protocol), 6.1(2), 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 9.1, 9.2, 10.1(4), 11.1(3), 11.2, 12.2(7), 13.3 (in so far as it relates to Administration Expenses or any lien of any person on any payment to any settlement class member from the settlement amount), 14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4, 14.5, 14.6, 14.7, 14.8, 14.9, 14.10, 14.11, 14.12, 14.13, 14.15, 14.16 and 14.17, and the definitions applicable thereto (but only for the limited purpose of the interpretation of those sections) shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.
Survival of Provisions After Termination. 12.3.1 If this Settlement Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms, the provisions of section 12 [Termination], 10 [Effect of Settlement], 3.3 [Certification Without Prejudice], and 13 [Miscellaneous], and the definitions and Schedules applicable thereto, shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.

All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.
Survival of Provisions After Termination a) If this National Settlement Agreement is terminated, the provisions of Sections 3, 4.3, 11.3 and 11.4, shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. The Definitions shall survive only for the limited purpose of the interpretation and implementation of Section 3, 4.3, 11.3 and 11.4, within the meaning of this National Settlement Agreement, but for no other purposes. All other provisions of this National Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this National Settlement Agreement shall be null and void and of no force or effect. The Parties expressly reserve all of their respective rights if this National Settlement Agreement does not become effective or if this National Settlement Agreement is terminated.
Survival of Provisions After Termination. If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated in accordance with its terms or otherwise fails to take effect for any reason, the provisions of sections 4.5(2), 4.5(11), 9, 10.2, 11, 12.2(4), 13(1), 14 and 15(18) (and any additional provisions governing confidentiality and any addition provisions governing cooperation to the extent that there is continuing cooperation) shall survive the termination and continue in full force and effect. The definitions and Schedules shall survive only for the limited purpose of the interpretation of sections 4.5(2), 4.5(11), 9, 10.2, 11, 12.2(4), 13(1), 14 and 15(18) (and any additional provisions governing confidentiality and any additional provisions governing cooperation to the extent that there is continuing cooperation) within the meaning of this Settlement Agreement, but for no other purposes. All other provisions of this Settlement Agreement and all other obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall cease immediately.
