Release of Releasees. (1) Upon the Effective Date, subject to subsection 7.2, in consideration of payment of the Settlement Amount, the without costs dismissal or settlement out of court of the Proceedings, and for other valuable consideration set forth in this Settlement Agreement, the Electrolytic Releasors forever and absolutely release and forever discharge the Releasees from the Released Electrolytic Claims.
