Relationship to the Parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or agency between MGMA and Local Affiliate or MGMA and State Affiliate. The relationship is one of independent contractors. No party is liable for the debts, liabilities or obligations of any other, nor may any party incur or enter into any debts or liabilities on behalf of any other. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to imply that MGMA is doing business in the state or geographical locality of State Affiliate or Local Affiliate, and no obligations of MGMA pursuant to this Agreement shall require MGMA to conduct business in such locality.
Relationship to the Parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to create an association, joint venture, partnership or any other type of entity or relationship between Purchaser and Provider, or between either or both of them and any other Party.
Relationship to the Parties. Neither party shall exercise any control over the activities and operations of the other party, and each party hereto is recognized as an independent contractor. Under no circumstances shall the parties be construed as partners, joint venturers, franchisor and franchisee, nor employer and employee.
Relationship to the Parties. The Contractor shall not incur any liabilities on behalf of NICE or, as the case may be, any Beneficiary; or, make any representations or give any warranty on behalf of NICE or, as the case may be, any Beneficiary; or, enter into any agreement or obligation on behalf of NICE or, as the case may be, any Beneficiary.
Relationship to the Parties. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Contract to the contrary, this Contract is not intended to create, nor shall it be construed to create, a relationship of partnership, an association for profit, or any other relationship except that of seller and purchaser.
Relationship to the Parties. The relationship of the parties to this Agreement is that of independent contractors and such relationship shall not be deemed to be one of agency or employment or joint venture or any other relationship than that of independent contractors contracting for the purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Relationship to the Parties. No employees, consultants, contractors, or agents of one party are agents, employees, franchisees, or joint ventures of the other party, nor do they have any authority to bind the other party by contract or otherwise to any obligation. They will not represent to the contrary, either expressly, implicitly, or otherwise.
Relationship to the Parties. It is understood that Company is not an agent, employee or servant of AllClear ID and does not have the right to and shall not bind, assume, or obligate AllClear ID in any manner to make any commitments, representations, or the like with respect to AllClear ID or its products and services. Company shall not make or cause to be made, any statement, claim, or representation of a business relationship between Company and AllClear ID beyond that which is contemplated by this Agreement.
Relationship to the Parties. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership or the relationship of employer and employee between the Owner and the Agent.
Relationship to the Parties. In its capacity as an independent contractor, the Influencer agrees and represents, and the Client agrees, as follows: The Influencer has the right to perform services for other clients during the term of this Agreement. The Influencer has the sole right to control and direct the means, manners, and methods to follow in order to perform the Services properly. The Influencer has the right to hire assistants as subcontractors or to use employees to provide the services required by this Agreement. The Client shall not hire, supervise, or pay any assistants to help the Influencer The Client shall not give any training in the professional skills necessary to properly perform the Services to the Influencer or the Influencer´s employees or contract personnel. Neither the Influencer nor the Influencer's employees or contract personnel shall be required by the Client to devote full time to the performance of the services required by this Agreement.
