JOINT VENTURERS. This involves two or more parties & may be made up of a partnership & corporation or even two corporations. Signed and witnessed by both joint ventures. (4 signatures in total) Signatures will be dictated by the type of legal entity involved.
JOINT VENTURERS. INVESTIGATIONS In the course of the investigations and the studies the Joint Venturers will insofar as they have not already done so to the reasonable satisfaction of the Minister commence forthwith and carry out at their expense (with the assistance of experienced consultants where appropriate) the following —
JOINT VENTURERS. The Partnership may also participate in loans with other lenders (including certain Affiliates or other limited partnerships organized by the General Partners), other individuals and pension funds, by providing funds for or purchasing a fractional undivided interest in a loan meeting the requirements set forth above. Because the Partnership will not participate in a loan in which would not otherwise meet its requirements, the risk of such participation is minimized.

JOINT VENTURERS. The name, address, facsimile and Capital Contribution and share ownership percentage of each Joint Venturer is set forth on Schedule A. The Company shall amend Schedule A to reflect any change pursuant to this Agreement of which the Company is aware in any of the foregoing with respect to any Joint Venturer.
JOINT VENTURERS. The collective or individual reference, as the case may be, to each of the Joint Venturers executing this Agreement and any Joint Venturer admitted to the Joint Venture or substituted in place of an original Joint Venturer pursuant to Article 12; provided, however, that the term Joint Venturer shall not include any Person who shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Joint Venture pursuant to Section 13.3(b).
