(a) Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to amend, or relieve the Obligated Group Agent of its obligations under, any Related Document to which it is a party. Conversely, to the extent that the provisions of any Related Document allow the Obligated Group Agent to take certain actions, or not to take certain actions, with regard for example to incurrence of Debt, transfers of assets, maintenance of financial ratios and similar matters, the Obligated Group Agent nevertheless shall be fully bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

Relation to Other. AGREEMENTS The use of Internet Banking is also governed by Bank’s agreements relating to the establishment of Accounts. This Agreement includes all of the terms and conditions of those agreements to the same extent as if all of the provisions of each of those agreements were restated in this Agreement. You should review the terms and conditions of those Account agreements for any conditions or restrictions that may impact your use of Internet Banking, such as fees, availability of deposits and limitations on the number of transactions that can be made. Should there be a conflict between any provision of this Agreement and those other agreements, then this Agreement will control but only to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict. 5. SUSPENSION, REVOCATION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE Bank has the right to modify, suspend, revoke, refuse access to, or terminate Internet Banking at any time and for any reason without advance notice. If Bank does, Bank will post a notice on the Website or if it involves just you, Bank or Bank’s Private Client Group handling your Account will notify you of such suspension, refusal of access or termination. You understand that should Bank suspend, revoke or terminate Internet Banking, or your access to Internet Banking, then any previously scheduled transactions will not be made. In addition, you will be unable to use Internet Banking if you do not enter the correct Company ID, User ID and Password. There is a limit on the number of failed logon attempts and your access to Internet Banking will be suspended if you exceed these limits.

You agree that only your mobile service carrier or provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your carrier or provider directly with your carrier or provider without involving us. You also agree that if you have any problems with Mobile Banking, you will contact us directly.

  • POPULATION TO BE SERVED A. In accordance with the Contract, Contractor is required, within the limits of the Contractor’s service capacity, to serve individuals who meet the financial and clinical eligibility criteria for an adult who is Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) and is eligible for services as described in the DARMHA manual.
