Interim Exploitation and Sustainability Plan. Type Report Description The exploitation plan will report the consortium’s strategy towards exploiting the project’s results. It will include an analysis of the relevant market and current conditions, existing competitors versus own positioning, potential users and collaborators as well as opportunities and barriers at EU level and Member State level. The exploitation and sustainability plan will be constructed and documented in two phases. This initial report will provide a preliminary outline of the exploitation and sustainability plan for after project end including relevant exploitation/sustainability models, partners’ involvement in future exploitation activities, plans for promotion and valorisation, solutions to potential financial or IPR/licensing issues encountered, etc. Project objectives O1: New learning and teaching methods O2: Promote innovative solutions / Grant open access O4: Spread the best practice pilots Self-assessment category - Project implementation assessment - Dissemination assessment Assessment Instruments - Peer review All ‘report’ type deliverables will be evaluated by peer reviews (project internal peer review self-assessment process). Reviews will be guided by the project review form to rate (among others) the extent to which the deliverable meets the objectives as specified in the workplan. In doing so they will have to carefully reflect on whether and how the structure and content of the deliverable support the accomplishment of the project objectives mentioned above (namely, objectives O1, O2 and O4).   • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf):

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic DHCS PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Development or Offering of Renewable Energy Sources Competitive Supplier agrees that it will comply with the applicable provisions of X.X.X. x. 00X, § 00X, § 00 F1/2, and any regulations, orders or policies adopted pursuant thereto.
