Common use of Reimbursement Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Eligibility. Requests for reimbursement for project costs will be paid to the Pueblo, City of upon presentation of invoice(s) to the State for eligible costs incurred after the date of execution of this Grant through and within the limits of this Grant. Grantees must bill the State for the state share specified within the provisions set forth in Paragraph F: Procurement or as otherwise specified by the State prior to the receipt of capital equipment. The state share must be paid to the vendor whether or not the Grantee has received the reimbursement from the State. Grantees who fail to ensure quick payment to vendors will be designated as a “High Risk Grantee” and could receive lower scores in future grant applications.
