Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. A regular part-time employee is defined as an employee who has a work schedule of at least half of the normal work schedule as defined in 7.02a on a year round basis, or who has a work schedule consisting of at least forty (40) hours biweekly on a year round basis, and, who receives half employee benefits.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Regular Part-Time Employee. A part-time employee in the bargaining unit who makes a commitment to the Employer to be available to be scheduled for work by the Employer on a regular predetermined basis and in respect of whom such predetermined scheduling occurs. A part-time employee is defined as an employee one who has a work schedule of at least half of the normal work schedule as defined in 7.02a on a year round basis, or who has a work schedule consisting of at least forty (40) is regularly employed for not more than 45-hours biweekly on a year round basis, and, who receives half employee benefitsper two-week pay period.

A regular part-part time employee is defined as an employee who has any person employed on a continuing basis for fewer than the standard hours of work schedule of at least half of or work week, whose duties fall within the normal work schedule bargaining unit as defined in 7.02a on a year round basis, or Article 2.00 and who has a work schedule consisting of at least forty (40) hours biweekly on a year round basis, and, who receives half employee benefitscompleted the probationary period.
