Regular Holiday - Weekend Observance. When a regular holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the holiday. For employees who work in a seven (7) day per week work site, when a regular holiday falls on a Saturday, the regular holiday shall be observed on Saturday. When a regular holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the holiday. For employees who work in a seven (7) day per week work site, when a regular holiday falls on a Sunday, the regular holiday shall be observed on Sunday.
