Registrant Information. The Registrant shall ensure that: (i) the information submitted by or on behalf of the Registrant to the .dm ccTLD Registry in connection with registration of the Domain or otherwise ("Registrant Information") is, and will during the Term comply with the DOT DM Policies and the DOT DM Registration Rules and is and will remain true, current, complete, accurate, and reliable; and (ii) the Registrant shall maintain, update, and keep the Registrant Information true, current, complete, accurate, and reliable by notifying DOT DM immediately of a change to any such information in accordance with the appropriate DOT DM Policy relating to modifications to the Registrant Information. DOT DM reserves and may exercise the right to terminate the Registrant’s registration of the Domain if (i) information provided by the Registrant to DOT DM is false, inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable, misleading or otherwise secretive; or (ii) the Registrant fails to maintain, update, and keep the Registrant Information true, current, complete, accurate, and reliable. The Registrant acknowledges that a breach of this Section 4 will constitute a material breach of this Agreement which will entitle DOT DM to terminate this Agreement immediately upon such breach without any refund of the Registration Fee and without notice to Registrant.

Registrant Information. The Registrant shall ensure that the information submitted by or on behalf of the Registrant to the Registrar in connection with registration of the domain name or otherwise (“Registrant Information”), will, throughout the Term, comply with the Registry Policies as may be in effect from time to time and will remain true, current, complete, accurate, and reliable. The Registrant shall maintain, update, and keep the Registrant Information true, current, complete, accurate, and reliable by immediately making such changes in their account at the Sponsoring Registrar. The Registry reserves and may exercise the right to suspend and/or terminate the Registrant’s registration of the domain name if: (i) information provided by the Registrant to the Registrar and/or Registry appears, in the Registry’s sole discretion, to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable, or misleading in any respect; or (ii) the Registrant fails to maintain, update, and/or keep the Registrant Information true, current, complete, accurate, and reliable. In such a circumstance, the Registry may, in its sole discretion, with the cooperation of the sponsoring Registrar, suspend the Registrant’ s domain name(s) upon the Registry’s receipt of knowledge that such information is deficient. The Registrant acknowledges that a breach of this Section will constitute a material breach of this Agreement, which will entitle the Registry to terminate this Agreement, resulting in suspension and/or deletion of the domain name, immediately upon such breach without any refund of the Registration Fee and without any obligation of notice to the Registrant. Datacom reserves and may exercise the right to terminate the Registrant’s registration of the .mn Domain name if (i) information provided by the Registrant to Datacom is false, inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable, misleading or otherwise secretive; or (ii) the Registrant fails to maintain, update, and keep the Registrant Information true, current, complete, accurate, and reliable. The Registrant acknowledges that a breach of this Section 4 will constitute a material breach of this Agreement which will entitle Datacom to terminate this Agreement immediately upon such breach without any refund of the Registration Fee and without notice to Registrant.

Registrant Information. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that, in accordance with the GolfStatus Privacy Policy, Registrant’s personal information will be shared with the Event Organizer and may be used by the Event Organizer in accordance with the Event Organizer’s Privacy Policy. GolfStatus is not responsible, and shall not be liable, for any Event Organizer’s use of Registrant information.
