  • REDUCTION IN STAFF 15.1 Procedure According to provisions of Missouri Statute 168.124, the Board of Education may place on leave of absence as many teachers as necessary because of decrease in enrollment, school district reorganization, or financial conditions. Whenever the Board anticipates a reduction in teaching staff, the superintendent or his/her designee will notify the officials of the Association concerning the anticipated reduction in the teaching staff. A meeting between the Association officials and the superintendent or his/her designee will be scheduled for purposes of discussing the proposed reduction in staff within two weeks (2) following the above notification. Individual teachers will not be contacted prior to the above meeting. In placing teachers on leave, the Board shall be governed by the following provisions:

  • SALARIES AND INCREMENTS 3801 Nurses shall be paid in accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in Appendix "A", forming part of the Agreement. 3802 "Basic or Regular Salary or Pay" shall mean the rates of pay shown in Appendix "A" (Salaries) and Appendix "B" (Academic Allowances).

  • CONCESSION PAYMENT AND INCREASE A. For the Initial Term of the Agreement, Concessionaire shall pay Department a minimum Concession Payment of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • General Salary Increase 1. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to September 1, 2013, employees shall be provided an across-the-board salary increase of one percent (1%). Salary schedules shall be increased accordingly.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Merit Increases (a) Subject to documented assessment and performance review undertaken pursuant to the Performance Management System, an employee on anniversary date may be granted an increase of up to five pay increments in the pay scale, not to exceed the control point maximum.
