Common use of Reduced Work Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Reduced Work Arrangements. (a) Subject to operational requirements, the Employer will consider employee proposals for reduced work arrangements whereby employees can work a minimum of 80% and a maximum of 95% of the weekly hours of work of a comparable full time position. The employee’s rate of pay will be adjusted accordingly.
