Attendance Records. Employees shall be required to certify their presence and record any absences on forms to be provided by the State. Employees shall also be required to record on such forms any charges to or accruals of xxxx- tion or sick leave credits. Such forms shall be submitted to the College President, or designee, for review on a monthly basis.

Attendance Records. Titusville shall keep accurate attendance records for the students participating in the cyber educational program and promptly report unexcused or illegal absences to the Participating District. Titusville shall cooperate with the Participating District in regard to all legally required compulsory school attendance prosecution by the Participating District.
Attendance Records. 1. All Staff Employees shall submit each payroll period to their immediate supervisor attendance records showing the number of daily and weekly hours worked including starting and finishing times and any charges to leave accruals, either on paper or electronically through a system provided by PEF. Beginning six months after ratification or six months after roll out of an electronic payroll system, whichever occurs later, all attendance records for payroll periods following mandatory implementation shall be submitted through the electronic system. Prior to mandatory implementation, training on use of the electronic payroll system shall be provided to all staff. USW and PEF agree that generally accepted accounting principles require a prompt accounting of an employee’s time and attendance. Therefore, all employees should submit their payroll period attendance sheets to their supervisor as soon as reasonably possible at the conclusion of the payroll period. The parties agree that compliance with the preceding will alleviate the need for any additional administrative action.
