RECORDS SECTION Clause Samples
The Records Section clause establishes the requirements for maintaining, storing, and providing access to relevant documents and records related to the agreement. Typically, it specifies what types of records must be kept, the duration for which they should be retained, and the conditions under which the other party may inspect or audit these records.
