Recordation of License. Licensor shall record this Agreement as required by the laws of United States and any other countries as Licensee may request as a prerequisite to enforceability of this Agreement in the courts of such countries or for other reasons and any recordation fees, and related costs and expenses shall be at Licensee’s expense.

Recordation of License. The Parties agree and acknowledge that notwithstanding anything in Section 5.1.6 Astellas shall have the right to record or file this Agreement or, to the extent permitted, a summary of the terms of this Agreement disclosing the least amount of the terms of this Agreement as is necessary to effect such recordation or filing with any patent office or similar authority in the Territory if Astellas reasonably determines that such recordation is beneficial or required to give effect to or protect its rights under this Agreement. Ironwood shall provide all such cooperation and assistance, and perform all such acts and execute and deliver all such documents, as Astellas may reasonably request in connection with such recordation or filing.
Recordation of License. Licensee shall make all necessary filings, in such form reasonably acceptable to Licensor, to record the License granted to it in Section 2.1 in the relevant trademark registries in the Territory. Licensee will be solely responsible for payment of any recordation fees and all related expenses. Licensor shall provide reasonable assistance, at Licensee’s expense, to enable Licensee to comply with this Section 4.5.
Recordation of License. In those jurisdictions where Licensor, in its discretion, decides that it is desirable to record the existence of this license or to enter Licensee as a Registered User of the Licensed Trademarks, Licensee agrees to cooperate with Licensor and execute any documentation prepared on behalf of Licensor and presented to Licensee for such purposes. The recordation procedures will be at the expense of Licensor.
Recordation of License. If recordation of this Agreement or any part of it with a Governmental Authority is necessary for Licensee to fully enjoy the rights, privileges, and benefits of this Agreement, Licensor shall, promptly upon becoming aware of such requirement and at its own expense, record this Agreement or all such parts of this Agreement and information concerning the license granted hereunder with each such Governmental Authority.
Recordation of License. If recordation of this Agreement or any part of it by a national or supranational agency is necessary for Licensee or Licensor to fully enjoy the rights, privileges and benefits of this Agreement, Licensee shall at its own expense and within one hundred eighty (180) Business Days of the Effective Date, record this Agreement or all such parts of this Agreement and information concerning the license granted hereunder with each such appropriate national or supranational patent agency. Licensee shall (a) provide to Licensor for Licensor’s review and approval all documents or information it proposes to record at least one (1) Business Day prior to the recordation thereof, and (b) notify Licensor with verification of Licensee’s recordation or any related agency ruling. In making any such disclosures, Licensee shall maintain, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, the confidentiality of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other Licensor Confidential Information. Any specific disclosure made in accordance with Section 11.3 and not objected to by Licensor shall not constitute a breach of the Licensee’s obligations under Section 12.
Recordation of License. If recordation of this Agreement or any part of it by a national or supranational agency is necessary for a party hereto to fully enjoy the rights, privileges and benefits of this Agreement, each party in its capacity as a Licensee may at its own expense record this Agreement or all such parts of this Agreement and information concerning the license granted hereunder with each such appropriate national or supranational patent agency. Licensee shall (a) provide to Licensor for Licensor's review and approval all documents or information it proposes to record at least fifteen (15) days prior to the recordation thereof, and (b) promptly notify Licensor with verification of Licensee's recordation or any related agency ruling.

Recordation of License. If recordation of this Agreement or any part of it with a national or supranational Governmental Authority is necessary for Inpixon to fully enjoy the rights, privileges, and benefits of this Agreement, Inpixon may, at its own expense, record this Agreement or all such parts of this Agreement and information concerning the license granted hereunder with each such appropriate national or supranational Governmental Authority.
