RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. Section l. Recognition: In accordance with PELRA, the School District recognizes the Education Minnesota/La Crescent as the exclusive representative of teachers employed by the School District, which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by PELRA and as described in this Agreement.
