Common use of RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. Section 1. Recognition: In accordance with PELRA, the School District recognizes Le Sueur – Xxxxxxxxx Education Association as the exclusive representative of teachers employed by the School District, which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by PELRA and as described in this Agreement.
