RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. 3.1. Recognition: In accordance with P.E.L.R.A. of 1971, the School Board recognizes School Service Employees, SEIU Local 284, as the exclusive representative of School Nutrition personnel employed by the School Board of Independent School District No. 283, which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by P.E.L.R.A. of 1971 and as described in the provisions of this Agreement.
