Re-employment Action by Board. Any employee employed under a Limited Contract, and not eligible to be considered for a Continuing Contract, is, at the expiration of the Limited Contract, deemed re-employed at the same salary, plus any increment provided by the Salary Schedule, unless the employing Board, acting on the Superintendent's recommendation as to whether or not the employee should be re-employed, gives such employee written notice of its intention not to re-employ him/her on or before the 1st day of June.

Re-employment Action by Board. Any employee employed under a Limited Contract, and not eligible to be considered for a Continuing Contract, is, at the expiration of the first Three (3) Year Limited Contract, deemed re-employed at the same salary, plus any increment provided by the Salary Schedule, unless the employing Board, acting on the Superintendent's recommendation as to whether or not the employee should be re- employed, gives such employee written notice of its intention not to re-employ him/her on or before the 30th day of April. Said employee may not be non-renewed except for gross inefficiency or immorality; for willful and persistent violations of reasonable regulations of the Board and for other good and just cause. Said notice of intention not to re- employ shall contain, with full specifications, the grounds for such non-reemployment. Contract nonrenewals will be for performance reasons.

  • Employee Termination A) Regular employees other than those serving a probationary period, shall give twenty-eight (28) calendar days written notice of termination to a representative designated by the Employer with the authority to accept such written notice.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment.
