Rate Card Resource Management a. Service Component Provider shall utilize and manage the Rate Card Resources used to perform Services efficiently and according to the Service Levels. Customers shall approve in advance the nature and extent of Rate Card Resources to be provided by Service Component Provider, and the level of effort to be expended in connection therewith, and may, in its reasonable discretion, increase or decrease such Services and/or effort on a monthly basis.

Rate Card Resources Charge Cessation. Customers shall not pay for any Rate Card Resources hours that extend beyond those permitted by the notification periods or the scheduled expiration. In the event that Service Component Provider redeploys Rate Card Resources prior to the required redeployment date, Service Component Provider’s Charges shall cease on the date the Rate Card Resources are redeployed.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Monitoring Arrangements 8.1 We will formally monitor the progress of the access agreement at least once a year through the Executive Group who report biannually to the Steering Group. Initial monitoring will be concerned with participation rates and the development of data on lower income and other under-represented groups, against which to monitor. When specific baselines, targets, and milestones are determined we will look to monitor against these.

  • Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Account Monitoring Merchant acknowledges that Servicer will monitor Merchant’s daily deposit activity. Servicer may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Merchant's funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. Servicer will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following suspension. Servicer is not liable to Merchant for any loss, either direct or indirect, which Merchant may attribute to any suspension of funds disbursement.
