Rainwater Harvesting. As per Ministry of Environment and Forests Notification, New Delhi dated 14.01.1997 (as amended on 13.01.1998, 05.01.1999 & 6.11.2000), the construction of Rain water, harvesting structure is mandatory in and around Water Crisis area, notified by the Central Ground Water Board.
Rainwater Harvesting. Prior to the commencement of each development phase hereby permitted (excluding Demolition, Ground and Enabling Works), a detailed surface water drainage scheme for that phase based on the agreed Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) Drainage Strategy, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The drainage strategy shall include a restriction in run-off and surface water storage on site as outlined in the FRA. The scheme shall subsequently be implemented in accordance with the approved details before the development is completed. To improve sustainability and reduce flood risk by reducing potable water demands and water run-off rates in accordance with Policies 5.11, 5.13, 5.14 and 5.15 London Plan 2016, Policies CC3 and CC5 of the Local Plan 2018 and Key Principles of the Planning Guidance SPD 2018.
