Job Posting The Company will post on the bulletin board provided for that purpose, notices of any vacant job within a department which it intends to fill on a permanent basis. Such notices will contain the job title, rate of pay, and the duties of the job. All eligible employees in the Plant shall be given seven working days The Company may require a test in order to determine whether or not The Company’s decision regarding the applicant’s qualifications and the ability to do the job shall be final unless the Union through the grievance procedure, proves the Company has violated the terms of these rules in the filling of the vacancy.
