Pursuit of Remedies. Upon the occurrence of such an event of default, either Party may pursue its corresponding legal remedies through the procedures set forth in Article IX.
Pursuit of Remedies. Upon the occurrence of such an event of default under Section 10.1 or Section 10.2, either Party (as applicable) may pursue its corresponding legal remedies through the procedures set forth in Article XI.
Pursuit of Remedies. The Owner, the Agent and the Authority reserve the right to pursue those remedies stated in this Agreement and those prescribed by law or in the Act for violation of this Agreement. As to a violation under this subsection, these remedies include, but are not limited to, withholding or suspending any unpaid compensation or the institution of legal action for specific performance to obtain the physical return of the above documents.

Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement, when the Trustees deem that there is a significant risk that an obligor to the Trust may default or is in default under the terms of any obligation to the Trust, the Trustees shall have full and complete power to pursue any remedies permitted by law which, in their sole judgment, are in the interests of the Trust. The Trustees shall have full and complete power to enter into any investment, settlement, compromise, commitment or obligation on behalf of the Trust resulting from the pursuit of such remedies as are necessary or desirable to dispose of property acquired as a result thereof.

Upon the occurrence of an AK Event of Default or a Haverhill Event of Default, the non-defaulting Party may, subject to Section 10.3, pursue its remedies in equity or at law, including the right to terminate this Agreement by delivery of written notice thereof to the other Party. No termination of this Agreement shall release either Party from any obligations (including those arising out of a breach of this Agreement) that may have accrued under this Agreement prior to such termination.
Pursuit of Remedies. The Agent may pursue any remedy without altering the obligations of any Guarantor hereunder and without liability to any Guarantor, even though the pursuit of such remedy may result in the loss by any Guarantor of rights of subrogation or to proceed against others for reimbursement or contribution or any other right, and the Agent is not obligated to foreclose or otherwise seek remedies against any Collateral securing the Obligations prior to the enforcement of this Guaranty.
Pursuit of Remedies. The Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders may pursue any remedy without altering the obligations of the Guarantor hereunder and without liability to the Guarantor, even though the pursuit of such remedy may result in the loss by the Guarantor of rights of subrogation or to proceed against others for reimbursement or contribution or any other right.
