Damages; Equitable Relief. The parties hereto acknowledge that monetary damages are an adequate remedy for breach of this Agreement, and that neither party hereto shall be entitled to specific performance, injunctive relief, or other equitable remedies for the breach or anticipated breach hereof; provided, however, that any party hereto may obtain equitable relief to compel payments contemplated by Section 8.2 hereof in accordance with the terms thereof.
